Staying Fit For Jesus is an 8-week faith-centered wellness program that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to deepen your commitment to health and faith, this program gives you the structure, accountability, and community you need to thrive. Sessions run every 9 weeks, so there's always a fresh start on the horizon.

Faith-Centered Coaching

30 min · 2x per week

Your personal coach walks alongside you with encouragement rooted in scripture. Sessions cover goal-setting, accountability, mindset, and spiritual wellness.

Exercise for Every Body

45 min · 3x per week

Workouts designed to be accessible and effective for all body types and fitness levels. Every session targets different muscle groups for full-body transformation.
